# How to make it:
01 - In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add roasted dandelion root or tea bags, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes to extract flavor.
02 - Pour the brewed tea into a heatproof container through a fine mesh strainer, discarding solids or removing tea bags.
