02 - 2 tablespoons coconut flour
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
05 - 4 large eggs
06 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

→ Toppings

08 - 2 ripe avocados
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
12 - 7 ounces smoked salmon slices
13 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

# How to make it:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
03 - In a separate bowl, beat eggs thoroughly, then incorporate melted butter and almond milk.
04 - Fold wet and dry ingredient mixtures together until smooth consistency. Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan and level the surface.
05 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until a toothpick inserted at center emerges clean. Remove from oven and cool completely before slicing.
06 - While bread cools, halve avocados and pit them. Scoop flesh into bowl, add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mash until mostly smooth texture remains.
07 - Cut cooled keto bread into 8 slices. Lightly toast slices if desired for crispness.
08 - Spread generous layer of mashed avocado over each toast slice.
09 - Layer smoked salmon slices over avocado. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and fresh dill. Serve immediately.
