01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup, optional, to taste

05 - 2 cups strong brewed black tea, cooled
06 - 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
→ Garnish
07 - Fresh mint leaves
08 - Sliced peach
09 - Sliced mango
10 - Ice cubes
# How to make it:
01 - Combine diced mango, diced peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.
02 - Press the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp for a smoother texture, if desired.
03 - Add the cooled black tea to the pitcher and stir thoroughly to combine with fruit mixture.
04 - Pour in sparkling water and mix gently to retain the carbonation.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mango peach sparkling tea over the ice.
06 - Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and slices of peach and mango before serving immediately.
