01 - 1 large English cucumber

02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
04 - 1 tsp lemon juice
05 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

06 - 3.5 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
→ Garnish
07 - 1 tbsp capers, optional
08 - Fresh dill sprigs, optional
# How to make it:
01 - Wash and dry the cucumber thoroughly. Slice into 16 thick rounds, approximately 0.5 inch each.
02 - Combine softened cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth and well incorporated.
03 - Top each cucumber round with approximately 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture using a small spoon or piping bag.
04 - Gently fold or roll smoked salmon slices and position on top of the cream cheese filling on each cucumber round.
05 - Top each bite with a few capers and a small sprig of fresh dill if desired.
06 - Serve immediately at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
